What Is Life Coaching?

Life Coaching provides you with personal support that is committed to you achieving your desired goals in life.  The coach works with the client to reveal key areas to work on, and then helps the client to identify where they are now, where they want to be, and how to get there: and then encourages and supportes the client to maintain focus on the goal until achieved.

How does it work?

Life Coaching can be carried out over the telephone, or as a personal face to face meeting.  A session will last approximately 45-60 minutes and is normally booked as a group of sessions over an agreed period of time (generally 6-12 sessions).
